Our patio has grass only, no plants as 80-100cm snow from roof covers it in winter. ✅ INCLUDED ARE clean and fresh : quality towels, percale bedlinens, comforter and 65x65cm extra pillows are all in Ready Made/Prepared : 🛌🏽Bedroom 1: queen-size bed 160x200cm very comfortable 🛌🏽🛌🏽Bedroom 2/Alcove with curtain, no windows: Big double-size bunk bed 140x200cm-very comfortable with 2 nos. of 140cm wide comforter Mattresses are new and in excellent quality 🚰 our water from Chamechaude is already drinkable, but we still filter and soften it ✅ Kitchen has wine glass, cups, plates, cutleries, pots, utensils, bread toaster, electric kettle and includes a small pantry (salad dressing, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, instant coffee sachets and some tea bags are available). ✅ *☕* a CREATE brand coffee machine compatible for capsules Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and coffee powder is available. ~☕~We have a 'welcome kit' -few coffee capsules are available. ✅ Raclette and Fondue machines are available ❌❌ NOTE: Dishwasher and Washing machine are NOT Available ❌❌ 🌬️ Bathroom is cleaned after each stay with 'Kärcher hot steam'. 🧻🧻🧻 3 nos. are included; 🧼handwash, shower 2-in-1 gel, dish towels++ and dishwashing soap are included Our gîte (and our house above) was a "big grange built in 1885", it is not adjacent/not beside the road is located at lower level of our quiet home which 80% is below the covered terrace; no staircase inside just one-step up to Bedroom 1. Refer to our aerial view gîte location in photos. Outside the patio, there are four old column bases that support the roof of the old 'La Grange'. There's a 418 Mbps fast WiFi+ ethernet for Telework, new flat screen tv and a digital piano Casio CDP-220R. 🤱🏼For guests with baby, let us know if you need a high chair and baby bed. Guests can also walk around our property for its higher viewpoint. 🥐🧀🥩🍎 From our gîte, the village of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is 5km away where you will find an Excellent bakery; also, cheese shop, butcher's shop, pharmacy, mini-market, sports shop/bike-ski rental, bar, restaurants and municipal swimming pool (open only during summer). ● INTERACTION WITH GUESTS ■ 👫Aucun derangement à l'arrivée, our Guests can contact us at any time. We'd like to respect their privacy. We're sometimes travelling in Grand East for work. All instructions are explained in a binder with maps. We are available if they have questions.
