Other things to note Casa Celeste does not have access to a beach because it is located near a cliff and it is impossible to go down to the sea. Swimming in the Caribbean Sea is not recommended as the waves can be very big. The closest beaches to Casa Celeste are in El Centro (where the Ultramar port is located), a 10 minute cab ride away. Upon arrival you will find two passes for a beach chair that you can use if you visit Playa Norte and Hotel Playa Arena.
