Rest is ensured by a majestic king-size bed and, if needed, a comfortable and cozy sleeper sofa. For your moments of relaxation, a 55-inch 4K Smart TV with all major streaming services ready to use. • The Designer Kitchen Completely new and fully equipped for those who love entertaining. It features an induction cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. • The Bathroom To the right, a rejuvenating space featuring a spacious, modern-style walk-in shower, a designer sink with mirror, a toilet, and a bidet. • The Welcome Touch We believe in small rituals. Upon your arrival, you’ll find a selection of Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and sugar to extend our warmest welcome. The apartment enjoys beautiful natural light during the day but is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a deep and restful sleep. Rounding out the space is a cozy private terrace—perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset—and a comfortable workspace designed for remote work. Amenities for Your Comfort: To ensure a worry-free stay, you’ll find bed linens, a set of towels for each guest (1 large, 1 medium), a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, and a welcome kit with shampoo and body wash. • Technology and Climate Control: - Centralized underfloor heating for even heat distribution. - Split-system air conditioning for the hottest days. - 1 GB fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for connecting multiple devices and working remotely at top speed. Guest access After completing the online check-in, you will receive an email with all the instructions to access the apartment. Other things to note Heating & Air Conditioning We understand that every country has different regulations regarding home heating. In Italy, the laws are particularly strict, and we must comply with the current regulations. 🔹 Heating (winter): Active from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a maximum temperature of 21.5°C, as required by Italian law. 🔹 Air Conditioning (summer): To ensure maximum comfort while promoting responsible energy use, we kindly ask you not to set the temperature below 22°C. We assure you that this is more than sufficient to maintain a cool and pleasant environment. To ensure the best possible experience, bed preparation is based on the number of guests: - 1–2 guests: Access to the main double bed only. - 3–4 guests: Configuration with the main double bed + sofa bed. Note for couples or parties of two: If you wish to use both beds separately, a €25 surcharge applies to cover the handling and laundering of extra linens; this must be paid prior to check-in. (Early Check-in / Late Check-out): We are happy to accommodate your travel needs whenever possible.
