Ideal for family getaways and couples looking for a seaside escape! RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to our condo, including all private spaces within the unit. Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy contactless entry using a unique key code for your convenience and security. Amenities Access Camelot by the Sea’s resort amenities: Pools & Hot Tubs: Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers are available year-round. It’s an indoor/outdoor pool which is heated and the weather barrier is added just after Hurricane Season at the end of November. Beach Access: Just steps from the sand, with a private pathway for easy beach days. Fitness Center: Equipped with cardio and weight machines to keep up your routine. Parking: Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking passes may be available upon request. Please note that some amenities, such as the pool or fitness center, may have seasonal hours or maintenance closures, which we will communicate as best as possible before your stay. Other things to note Welcome to a smoke-free environment! Smoking is not permitted within the room or on the balcony. For your convenience, designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort—please utilize these spaces for smoking. Please note, this condo is privately owned and differs from a traditional hotel room. We kindly ask that you treat this space with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
