The space For winter rentals, Deer Crest Club and Stag Lodge at Deer Valley are available to our guests along with a complimentary daily shuttle to the resort. Your reservation also includes year-round privileges at St. Regis pool, club and spa as well as access to many Red Ledges on-site restaurants. The New gym across the street has daily classes like yoga, spin, etc. Red Ledges is a private community. As part of your reservation the homeowner will need to transfer their membership to you for the gates and access to facilities temporarily. The cost to transfer membership is included in your reservation. Please treat this with the respect it deserves and do not do anything to jeopardize the standing of the homeowner in the eyes of the community or HOA. Guest access You will be provided keys/door codes and other necessary access information for the property prior to your arrival. Other things to note Included in your reservation is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
