This luxurious mountain home, designed to accommodate up to 13 guests, offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around deck, host a barbecue on the patio with family and friends gathered around the amazing firepit, or simply unwind with a good book in one of the cozy outdoor seating areas. - Hot Tub: After a day of skiing or hiking, soothe your muscles in the private hot tub. Located on a covered deck, it offers the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. - Sleeping: 3 bedrooms (one massive master suite complete with a large King bed, an eagles nest hidden study and two queen pull out sofas, two large guest rooms with queen beds and a beautiful office / loft with a queen pullout sofa and a super fun ladder access twin bed sleeping area for the adventurous!) - Living areas: A huge great room area with large stone fireplace graced by a bull moose, lots of large windows and a large 12 person dining room with views you will not believe. A private lounge area with dreamy sectional sofa, TV nestled amongst the aspens, an amazing loft office with comfortable couches and lots of natural light and the eagles nest hidden study in the master suite. This cabin is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway. BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Each of the three bedrooms features a premium king or queen mattress and linens provided by a professional laundering service. Both the office / loft area and the hidden retreat in the master bedroom each include a pull-out queen sofa bed, with extra linens available upon request. The ladder accessed kids loft includes a twin sized floor mattress. DEDICATED WORK SPACES: There are two dedicated work spaces in this home. Both the upstairs Office / Loft as well as the Master Bedroom have large comfortable work areas with a high-speed WiFi connection, a desk, and a comfortable chair. The master bedroom door can be locked for privacy. MODERN CONVENIENCES: A washer and dryer are conveniently located downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen features a large stainless refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. It's stocked with all major cooking essentials and serve-ware for large groups. Additionally, there is a coffee maker with ground coffee, filters, sweetener and creamer. You’ll also find a blender and toaster tucked away. IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING: Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on one of the three expansive decks, preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or working remotely in a serene setting, this cabin offers everything you need for a memorable stay. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is variable on the mountain depending on your carrier. WiFi calling is always an option. Our internet service is high speed and reliable but is subject to adverse weather and outages due to our location, please be aware of this before booking. LOCATION: We are located just minutes to Sundance Resort. This home is not "ski in-ski out." Sundance is only 15 minutes from Orem Utah and 20 minutes to Heber / Midway, both great options for additional shopping and restaurants outside of Sundance. Roads are well maintained but can be narrow, especially in winter months. Snow removal crews rely on our guests to keep their vehicles in designated parking areas. If you block a snowplow from progressing because you are parked incorrectly, you car may be towed. INSECTS/ETC: We are located in a rural setting and have regularly scheduled pest control services, even so, you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this cabin and take into account how comfortable you are with this before booking. ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS: Please pardon the areas of landscaping being worked on during Summer 2024 as we continue to improve and add amenities. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of locked closets the owners keep for their personal use/storage. The garage is also for your use along with two driveway spots in front of the driveway. Please pull all cars on the driveway as close to the garage door as possible to ensure you do not block snowplow access. The property on a large and beautiful tree filled corner lot with interesting pathways, outdoor gathering and seating areas, fire pits and decks. We ask that you stay on the property and do not stray on to our neighbors property. There is a beautiful Carriage house Studio above the garage that is offered as a separate rental unit. If you are interested in the Carriage house, we have two other listings where you can rent the entire home including the Carriage house or rent the Carriage house by itself. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Upon booking Air BnB will send you a copy of our rental agreement which we will need signed prior to your arrival. You will be provided driving directions via the digital home guide emailed and texted to you a few days prior to your arrival
