You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. There is a large, quiet backyard with private pool, hot tub and mountain view. The pool fence allows for peace of mind for little ones and our furry family members. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, near the end of the cul de sac. This is a safe neighborhood, close to all major freeways and great restaurants. No large parties or events please. The space Our home is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and we have a queen size blow up air mattress with linens available to our guests. Please note our pool is not heated and can become unusable during the colder months. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with TV, ensuite master bathroom, closet, workspace and backyard access Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with TV and closet Bedroom 3: 1 twin bed, kids books and closet GYM & PLAYROOM: The garage has been converted into a gym/playroom combo. The floor has gym padding underneath large area rugs. The garage is fully insulated and has a window AC unit. Two windows and garage windows allow for great views and natural lighting. Although the garage is insulated this is still a garage with a garage door. The space cools to 78-80 in Summer with the window AC and is comfortable in all other seasons. Fans and space heater are available as well. INTERIOR This home features a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV in living room, and 2 of the bedrooms, private gym, and playroom. The open kitchen is complete with center island, coffee station, and has been fully stocked with your comfort in mind. The in-unit washer & dryer is stocked with Tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. Wood burning fireplace for decor only. BACKYARD This home includes a non-heated pool and hot tub. The backyard retreat features a lemon tree, fig tree, large mature plants for privacy, lounge chairs, grill, umbrella, covered awning and mountain view. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and backyard. We offer 24/7 self check-in with a Keypad lock for easy access to the home. You will be sent check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival with unique entry code and digital guidebook that includes pertinent information about the home. Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM. Pool service is provided every week Tues or Wednesday. Yard service is provided biweekly on Thursday, and pest control is bi-monthly. For stays longer than 5 days, hot tub service will also be provided. Service provider will let themself in the side gate. Other things to note Please inquire if you’re interested in 30+days.
