Welcome to my home. This elegant apartment has been recently renovated with a modern/classic touch. Our apartment has just been published. It is the perfect place for groups of friends and families eager to stay in an exclusive area, away from the hustle of the city center but conveniently accessible. Its location offers an unforgettable view of Rome and allows to reach San Pietro station by train in just 8 minutes. The space This gorgeous apartment has an amazing view of the Roman city and it’s hills. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. Two fully equipped bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen and one living room. Guest access The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it is prepared for each new visitor. Other things to note In order to offer to all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following: CHECK IN RULES: Please let us know your check in time at least 7 days before your arrival. HOUSE RULES: - Please make sure you always close ALL THE DOORS OF THE ELEVATOR AFTER USING IT. -Please remember not to leave the house keys behind the door's lock. If you close the door on your way out leaving the key there you will not be able to open it from the outside. - Please respect the house and the people who live in the building avoiding loud noises between 1 pm and 4 pm and after 10 pm in both the house and common areas (entrance hall, stairs and lift). - According to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights. You will pay tourist tax automatically via Airbnb. - All our guests will be asked to show a valid document (either passports or Id Card) during check-in in order to register you all on the Italian government website. You will receive an automated message on the chat so you’re free to share a picture of your passports via the Airbnb chat. - For long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival - Each stay is supplied with a set of linen based on the number of guests, for medium-long stays there are no intermediate supplies or linen changes during the stay. REFUND LIST: Unclean kitchen: € 30.00 Smoking in the apartment: € 200.00 Damaged Walls needing repainting / plastering: €150.00 Theft / Breakage of Hair Dryer: €45.00 Theft / Breakage / Loss of WI-FI: € 150.00 Loss of keys / Breakage of main door lock: € 150.00 Breakage of handles / internal locks: € 150.00 Missing Pillow: € 20.00 Missing Duvet: € 60.00 Missing sheets / towels: € 50.00 Damage to the flooring: € 300.00 Breakage of windows / internal doors: € 300.00 Other missing item and / or damages must be reimbursed eg (cutlery, pots, glasses, etc ...)
