A spacious home with a culinary kitchen, custom dining area, and a large patio with a lighted dining area, and Traegar smoker/B-B-q grill. Acadia is a beautiful 1.25 hour drive away; save money and stay here; and here is a great place to stay. Excellent kitchen. NO PETS AND NO ONE UNDER 18 The space Waterfront house on the Penobscot River. Large patio with outdoor dining table and smoker / grill. Large kitchen, guest dedicated refrigerator. Large indoor dining room & table, and a TV room. There is an oven, a microwave, and a dish washer. Large parking area for cars. The side and back yards are off limits to guests due to water-edge of river type dangers, but the spacious house is very pleasant to reside in. Guest access Guests may use the kitchen, the dining room, the TV room, both common space bathrooms. Currently the front & side yards are being reseeded, so please do not use at this time. The back yards are associated with the Penobscot River frontage: the back yards are off limits and potentially dangerous. The free parking is in a fairly large parking lot. There is a lower and upper parking area. Please park so as to allow other cars ease in coming and going. Other things to note I, the home owner and host live in the house. I maintains the property and do daily house cleaning chores. This house is LGBT+ friendly. I will respect guest's privacy and give everyone personal space. During my many Airbnb travels I have met many very nice people. The house offers three rooms for renting. The house is open for up to 6 people, that may or may not know each other. Guests need to be willing to be appropriate, polite, and cordial.
