The space The Carriage House at Bald Hill Cove is a very spacious 1,250 SF area ideal for a romantic getaway, family adventure, or simply a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle. This newly constructed space is part of a waterfront estate and sits comfortably separated from the main house above an oversized three-car garage on a shared private drive. A seasonal brook winds its way through a fire-pond and wooded areas next to carefully manicured lawns and lovingly maintained flower gardens. A private deck off the Master Bedroom affords direct views of Bald Hill Cove and comfortable seating for relaxing with guests. It is truly a tranquil oasis with a Coast-of-Maine vibe. Situated and part of a tidal waterfront estate, the carriage house sits only a hundred feet away from and nearby the main house used by your hosts as a primary residence. Your hosts have provided a wealth of information for you to explore all things local, or to venture to nearby midcoast attractions, Acadia National Park, or Belfast/Camden waterfronts. Carriage House is only 7-1/2 miles from Bangor’s waterfront, home of popular Waterfront concerts venue. Interior finishes consisting of Summer inspired pastels, fresh oak flooring, heavy timber beams, and coastal Maine artwork all combine to complete the nautical decor. This property also offers: -Private cul-de-sac access with free convenient onsite parking. -Private secure and enclosed/heated entry with coat and boot drop. -Expansive Living Room with cathedral ceiling, exposed heavy timber beams, comfortable plush seating, 70" flatscreen smart TV with 5.1 surround sound. -Gourmet's galley kitchen with secluded wooded views, culinary professional dual fuel range, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and sweeping granite countertops with seating for 4+ to enjoy coffee or beverages with friends and family. Other things to note As disclosed, there are NO security cameras in the listing space. Ther are two (security) cameras onsite/ outside of and exterior of the listing. We have two (2) motion sensor (video and sound) recording Blink cameras facing the contents of Owner's outdoor (covered) garage porch and within the Owner's 3-car garage beneath the listing. Floors are insulated between unit and garage with 6" rockwool insulation. Audible/spoken voice is not discernable between garage and living space. Occasionally the owner's use of the garage for personal use (vehicle parking and maintenance) and covered porch (lawn and garden equipment) for maintenance of the Owner's property. The Owner will strive to keep this noise to low levels and outside of normal sleeping periods. Please do not hesitate to notify the Owner of any special quiet times you may request during your stay.
