Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, flat-screen TV's, 2 private baths, one-half bath with shower, comfortable beds...2 kings, one queen, and double, sofa bed and 2 air mattresses. Large den and living room. The space I love to entertain and I have created a fun, and peaceful home away from home. Rooms with quality sheets, and blankets, luxurious towels. I do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, and parties without my consent are strictly prohibited. We have a venue charge for parties and larger groups. Guest access Enjoy our beautiful grounds, gardens, pool the outdoor kitchen area with a bathroom, grill, and fridge. Other things to note Respectful and moderate drinking is allowed no large parties without my approval. No pets allowed unless cleared by owner and pet fee applied. Be aware that this home has a large pool area and small children must be watched closely. The house also has 3 decks.
