Modern duplex located in the Delicias area, a residential area with a wide variety of services and very well connected by public transportation as it is very close to two metro stations: Acacias and Embajadores. It is located in a completely new and renovated apartment complex. The duplex has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It sleeps 5 people and is perfect for families. It has everything you need to have a great stay. The space On the upper floor there is: the living room with double sofa bed, dining table/desk and smartTV; a fully equipped American kitchen; and an adapted bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you will find: a bedroom with a king size double bed, wardrobe and TV; another bedroom with two single beds of 1.90x1.50, wardrobe and TV; and a complete bathroom with shower. The ground floor does not have natural light. It is delivered with bed linen and towels. There is not lift in the building. Guest access The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Heating and air conditioner - throughout the building. The AC and heating system is centralized and the hot/cold mode is set automatically depending on the time of year. In winter, the cold mode cannot be activated and in summer, the heat mode. Still, there is a thermostat to regulate the ignition and temperature, without changing the mode. - Wifi - TV - Full equipped kitchen - Hangers in closets - Linens & 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - Property Guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - Attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first day of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. It is NOT accessible - it has stairs to access the ground floor and rooms. The bathroom is adapted for reduced mobility: walk-in shower and wheelchair accessible and toilet with grab bars. Renovation work is currently being carried out in two apartments in the building, 2 and 3, which could cause some disturbance and noise at certain times of the day. Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope it does not become a major inconvenience during your stay. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host.
