Welcome to the Bluehaus - a spacious and modern 4 bedroom cottage nestled under 100 year old trees, a 4 km drive from downtown Bayfield and 20 minutes to Grand Bend. The space The Bluehaus is a newly built, modern cottage offering luxury Scandinavian-inspired open plan living! Located a short walk from the shores of Lake Huron, the cottage has a large wrap-around deck, two covered porches, spacious bedrooms, and a generous and bright chef's kitchen. Spend the day at a nearby beach or exploring the amazing shops in Bayfield. Return to enjoy a bbq and campfire in the evenings. The cottage is perfect for a romantic stay for a couple, a family get away or a group retreat. Enjoy one floor living with all bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces on the same floor. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people offering four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 – King bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Bedroom 3 – Queen bed Bedroom 4 – Queen sofa bed Both bathrooms are fitted with modern glass enclosure showers in a spa like setting. Showers are fitted with grab bars and all doors are 34 inches wide. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the cottage (basement excluded). Other things to note Linens: Sheets, pillows, pillow cases and blankets are provided for our 3 beds. In the event you are booking the sofa bed, linens can be provided. Please advise at the time of booking if you will be needing the sofa bed. We provide bath, hand and dish towels. Please note that beach towels are not provided. Beaches: A short 5 minute walk from the cottage are community stairs to our neighbourhood beach on the shores of Lake Huron. Please note that depending on water levels and the spring runoff, the ground and/or stairs may be uneven, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The Town of Bayfield also offers drive-to beaches with public washroom access and ample parking, all a few minutes drive away. Dogs: We know your dog is part of your family. We accept your small to medium sized dog at our property providing they are fully grown (no puppies please!) but please let us know at the time of booking. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and place all waste in the garbage bins outside.
