Welcome to “theaugustudaipur”, Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny home, with peahens and parrots as your neighbours roaming around throughout the day. The property has a private car parking, a lawn, 2 ensuite bedrooms, 1 living room cum guest accessible kitchen for self cooking with a small verandah, and a plunge pool. the property is secluded in the closest village from the city and all major super markets and other shops are within 1 to 2 kms. The space The property is a small farm with private parking and a small lawn as you enter the premises, we have a plunge pool too, there are 3 shipping containers in the property, a bigger 20x10 ft. which acts as a kitchenette cum living and dining room, and it also has a small verandah with small seating. the other 2 containers are 15x10 ft. with a 4x10 ft. bathroom inside and the bedroom space is 10x11 ft. Both the bedrooms are identical from shape, size and amenities provided but have different interiors, the room has an AC, TV, 1 double bed, 2 side tables with lamps, an alarm clock, iron, hair dryer a tv cabinet and a chair. we will provide daily housekeeping if required, and the helper can assist in cooking and cleaning the kitchen if required. For power backup we have an Inverter and a Generator, the inverter is connected directly and would turn on your lights and fans instantly in case of power out. And the generator has to be turned on manually, we however recommend to only request for the generator when you wish to turn on the AC or Geyser. As we are just a call away, please feel free to call us anytime and we will turn on the generator too. Guest access the guests can access the entire property inside the gates and boundary wall, the property access is of a lawn, pool, verandah, bedrooms, living room. The property also has an electric scooter 🛵 with a helmet which the guests can use for going to the market or grocery shopping, however online delivery services like blinkit operate in our area and deliver everything. For external food you can order it from all major online food delivery apps. Other things to note The kitchen is a blank canvas, please bring groceries or you can buy them post check in from the nearby market/supermarkets as per your requirement. We do provide basic dry items like salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder, oil, tea, coffee, sugar. The dining room also has cookies and snacks available, the Refrigerator has few aerated drinks, juice’s, water bottles and butter/bread. We have an RO water purifier installed in the kitchen along with a small geyser providing warm water for dish washing. The property has an inverter and a diesel generator providing 100% power backup.
