Yellowstone homestay can accommodate 13 persons. If above 13 persons, we have extra charges Rm 35 per person. If above 13 persons, you may select 14/15/16 persons. A Gated & Guarded Homestay that provides guests elegant, comfortable and safe environment for your family & friends. YS Homestay offers lots of entertainment & games including Free Wifi, Neflix, Karaoke, Video Game, Mahjong, Kids Slide, BBQ Rack The living room & each room are equipped with air-conditioning. YS Homestay has 4 bedrooms. Each room are equipped with hair dryer, mirror, clothes hanging space, towel & toothpaste set. Each bedroom attached with bathroom. Can accommodate 13~18 persons. Suitable for couples, families or friends gathering. YS has 4 bathrooms with water heater, shampoo & shower lotion provided in each bathroom. Fridge, Water Dispenser, Gas Stove, Cooking Hood, Microwave, Coffees, Teas, iron & ironing board, washing machine, hanger & Kitchen Essentials are all provided. Other things to note Other notes: 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) Check in time: 3pm-11pm (If check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival) Check out time: before 11am 3) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 40/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) For hosting a buffet, party, or event, an additional deposit of RM 200 will be collected. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided the following conditions are met: 1) No items are missing or damaged. 2) No smoking inside the house. 3) No damage to the wall paint or need for repainting. 4) All food residue is properly disposed of. 5) No noise complaints from neighbors after 11:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 6) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house. We reserve the right to the penalties of Rm 200 for extra cleaning charges. Thank you for your understanding. 7) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm. 8) Our bed arrangement is based on 13 pax. If above 13 people are staying, please select the actual number of people or notify us at least 1 day in advance. Then, we will provide the additional bed, bedsheet set & pillow.
