Description
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located right on Chocolate Ave, out of our 9 apartments this is the only without a view of the park. All of the furniture, paint and carpets are brand new. We will take great care of you, but will flag that the rear of the apartment is directly over the kitchen and there could be some vibrational noise due to the exhaust fans below. Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. The space if you have young kids you are welcome to bring 2 to sleep on the sofa or a blow up mattress
