Warmly welcome to our accommodation☺️ 🏢Our 48m2 apartment which has unique design, is on the 18th floor in A La Carte Da Nang hotel with OCEAN VIEW balcony makes your holiday remarkably. ⛱️🪅Our accommodation is based on the centrally-located place and directly opposite the city square where holiday events take place. 🚘It takes 15 mins away from airport and 30 mins away from Hoi An, which can provide you with various activities and well-known restaurants, a remarkable experience! The space Since 2022, our accommodation is belonged to us as privately apartment not hotel management. Our apartment has: * Directly Seaview balcony with tea table and chairs * Dining space. * Cooking stove and cooking utensils. * Disability access. * Child friendly. * Working table * Maximum 3 pax (1 King bed and 1 couch queen) * 24/7 security camera in public areas Especially, you can see sunrise 🌞 from the balcony, and fresh the see air directly when open the door 🤗. ‼️ IMPORTANT NOTE: The building where the apartment is located in the center of Da Nang beach. Thus, you will have the opportunity to participate in masses music parties. However, this will be uncomfortable for light sleepers. You should consider that before booking. Guest access ⚜️ You will have your entire apartment with a living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with a closed bathroom. Located in the Ala Carte Da Nang hotel, you will have full access to all amenities and facilities of the hotel including: 🌅Beautiful rooftop swimming pool (Opening hours: 6 AM - 7 PM). 🏋️Gym (Opening hours: 6 am – 7 pm). 🛵 Street parking area. 🥂Restaurant (breakfast and meals all day) 🍹 Rooftop bar 💆Spa & Massage ☕Coffee and pastry shop 🧳 Luggage compartment Other things to note ⚜️ WIFI: A LA CARTE DA NANG BEACH, no password needed. ⚜️ BREAKFAST: Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate. The Fishca restaurant(2nd floor): - Opening time: 06:30-10:00 - International buffet Deli Cafe(1st floor): - A la carte menu with selection of tea/coffee and bakery. Top bar(23rd floor) - A la carte menu with fine selection of cocktails and drinks. ⚜️ ROOM CLEANING: As the homestay, we don't apply the room cleaning every day as a hotel. If you want to room cleaning, change the bed-sheets and towels, please text us 1 day in advance. The fees will be applied. ⚜️ TOWELS: - We supply 02 towels/per guest. If possible please wash them and hang them to dry after use. - Please do not use towels for cleaning make-up, or wipe the dirt or water on the floor. Any damaged or stained towel will be charged 150,000 VND/towel. ⚜️ PUBLIC AREAS: - PAID access to Ocean view infinity pool(24th floor) and gym(23rd floor) . If taking photos on the rooftop, it's FREE. - Deli Bakery and Café at 1st floor. - FishCa Restaurant at 2nd floor. - Spice Spa at 23rd floor. - TOP bar at 24th floor. - PAID washers, dryers available at the basement(B floor). ⚜️ PARKING: Paid motorbikes & bicycles parking at basement of the building. Paid car parking at opposite side of Vo Nguyen Giap street (50m from the A LA CARTE hotel terrace). ⚜️ 24/7 mini-mart/grocery store: next to A La Carte hotel. ⚜️ TRASH AWAY: Big trashcan outside of the room, at the end of corridor, behind the glass door. ⚜️ LATE CHECK-OUT: • Please remind that our checkout time is 11 am. • Late check-out from 1 to 2 hours is charged for 30% of the nightly rate. • Late check out from 3 to 6 hours is charged for 50% of the nightly rate. • Late check out over 6 hours is charged for 100% of the nightly rate. • Late checkout is NOT AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME, please ask us in advance. ⚜️ ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION: We will declare your stay to the local authorities.
