The space Located in the Florida panhandle where the weather is amazing all year round! It’s the perfect place for snowbirds to escape the winter cold and enjoy the Florida sunshine! Daytime temperatures are warm enough to sunbathe and evening temperatures cool enough to relax around the fire pit. Perched atop 20-ft arsenic stilts, this home offers breathtaking views that stretch as far as the eye can see, enveloping you in awe-inspiring beauty. There's also a good chance you'll see some brown pelicans who are native residents of Panama City, Florida, commonly seen diving for fish, resting on docks, or nesting in the local bay area. If you are visiting in the winter months, you might also catch a sighting or two of the beautiful American white pelicans. These majestic birds migrate to Florida for winter feeding grounds, before retreating north and west for the breeding season. Take a walk around the property and you’ll discover a private dock and a resort-style heated pool that beckons relaxation and recreation. Guest access Each floor offers its own entryway, along with a full kitchen, bedroom(s), spacious walk-in closets, and full bathrooms. Each living room and bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. For the music lovers, we provide you with an Echo Dot speaker (5th Gen) on each floor. For the workaholic, each floor offers a quaint workspace area, as well as a fast and secure WiFi connection (up to 1.2 Gbps download speed) with a battery backup in case of any power outages (up to 4 hours). We’ve provided an array of items to make your stay more enjoyable! In the storage cabinets on the first floor you’ll find a pack n play, plastic cups/straws, a tent, a blow up raft, beach towels, pool floats, an air mattress, extra linens, pillows and more! A heavy duty beach wagon is located directly across the way in the laundry room (next to the dryer). Other things to note You must be at least 21 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. Please note: Airbnb might have additional restrictions for guests under 25, and as a company, we will follow these restrictions to comply with Airbnb's policies. There is no longer an outdoor TV by the pool as we had issues with guests leaving it uncovered causing it to get ruined by the rain. Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for 1 dog, $300 for 2 dogs, and must be disclosed upon booking. Please clean up after your dog(s). No other pets allowed.
