We are in Central Delhi near Connaught Place, next to ITO metro station with cosy interiors, comfy beds, fully AC with a private bathroom & a fully-equipped private kitchen. The airport is just 30 mins away, New Delhi Railway Station less than 2 km and Bharat Manadapam less than 2 km away.This is a small and value accommodation on first floor, with steep stairs, without lift and no parking in a non posh area. Both rooms are one after other. We have 2 more flats in the same building,on airbnb The space The entire Flat is private and exclusive for our guests and has everything you need for. -It is a 2 bedroom Flat with small rooms; please note that there is no common living area. - The apartment has two air con, both in the bedroom. - The apartment is on a narrow street and car can reach till 150 meters away from the apartment. We offer free luggage service to all our guests. -Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, Water Purifier R.O, Four burner Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. A comfortable bedroom with Ample closet space is provided to organise your belongings and ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: Two ACs, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment. -Clean and private bathroom(Not Attached but on the same floor) with a Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Floor - It is situated on the First Floor without lift. The stairs are steep and narrow. We have hand railing for your comfort. Parking - There is no private parking, free street parking which is about 250 meters away. Location: Located in the heart of Central Delhi, you'll have easy access to Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, Connaught Place, India Gate or many hospitals like Gangaram, LNJP and MAMC. Security: The apartment complex features round-the-clock security, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. In the First Glance, the colony may look like low income and non posh. However, this is an ultra safe and friendly neighbourhood with family living for last 75 years. The colony has 24/7, Watch guard facility and a proactive community facility. Guest access The guests can access the entire apartment including the kitchen and washrooms. Please note that the kitchen and washrooms are outside the two rooms and the same are not attached. The positioning of two bed rooms, kitchen and washroom are in straight line, just like railway compartment. However, both the kitchen and washroom are just outside the two rooms and are easily accessible. The kitchen and washroom are not shared and they are available for the exclusive use of guests. We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Deepanshu to assist you with your stay. You can access their contact details in the check-in instructions after your reservation is confirmed. Other things to note This apartment is in a colony where the residents have been living with their families for many years. They are peace loving in nature, but at the same time are more than willing to help the guest in case of any contingency. You will definitely feel welcome as a part of their quaint world! All the major sight seeing options like Akshar Dham, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Humayun's tomb Connaught Place, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, Supreme Court and pragati Maidan are located within a radius of 2-3 kms only. They can be acessed by metro as well as tuk tuk and cabs. We will be happy to assist you. We offer free house keeping facility every alternate day Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 250/person and meals are at Rs. 350/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra.
