You will have absolute comfort for 8 people in this luxury villa, located on a private islet near the Pointe-à-Pitre marina. You have private access to the sea from your deck, as well as a beautiful infinity pool. Enjoy a unique experience on an island, in a refined and wild setting. A security deposit of €2,000 will be required on the day of check-in by bank imprint. The space The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs, accessible via a staircase. The rooms on the ground floor (approx. 32 m2) consist of a 180 cm x 200 cm bed, air conditioner, bluetooth speaker, a 123 cm flat screen, a double sink bathroom with walk-in shower and private terrace. The upstairs rooms (approx. 32 m2) consist of a 180 cm x 200 cm bed, air conditioner, fan, bluetooth speaker, a 140 cm flat screen, a bathroom with walk-in shower. A common area including an open kitchen, a dining room, a large outdoor deck with an outdoor living room, a private infinity pool overlooking the garden. Staff at your disposal to provide you with maximum comfort: boat transfer, cleaning every 2 days (excluding change of sheets and towels), possibility to order meals, possible delivery of pastries (with surcharge), washing machine accessible on request without worry. Guest access The villa is private and not shared. Other things to note A car is required to visit the beautiful island of Guadeloupe, you can park your vehicle in the public parking lot, unattended above the pier. A small boat, dinghy type with handle engine, is provided only to reach the main island, this boat is in no way intended for sea trips. The trip takes about 3 minutes.
