Guests will have access to the entire unit. Guests will also have access to the front porch and the entire backyard. The front porch as well as the back yard are shared spaces. This property is a duplex. So there are two air Bnbs next door to each other. That being said please read this: The home is TWO separate units, one is 1410 and one is 1412. They are completely separate spaces and no guests from 1410 will have access to 1412 and so forth. That being said the front porch is where guests will access their own front doors and therefore is a shared space. The backyard is also shared so please be respectful of the other guests. Other things to note Please note that once again this property is a duplex which is a multifamily unit. This particular unit is upstairs and there is another one downstairs. They are COMPLETELY separate units. BUT that being said the front porch is a shared space and the turf backyard is a shared space. If this is something you are not comfortable with please do not book a stay here. We do not allow parties, events or unregistered guests. If you decide to not follow this rule, we will charge you a $500 fee. There are 6 people aloud to be at the property. NO exceptions. There is no smoking inside the property, but you may smoke on the front porch or in the back yard, PLEASE respectfully discard of cigarette butts.
