No street parking — towing is strictly enforced. • 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. • 🎉 No Events or Parties are allowed on the property. • 🔗 No Third-Party Bookings — guests must book directly. • 🛠️ Guests are responsible for any damages or theft during their stay. 🚭 Smoke-Free Home • ❌ No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana allowed. • ⚠️ Violation may result in guests being asked to leave with no refund. • 💵 Any smoking odors left behind will incur a $500 cleaning fee. 🔒 Security Note • For your safety and the protection of the home, the property is equipped with an ADT home security system. • There are four exterior cameras, positioned on each corner of the house. • Cameras are for exterior monitoring only. • Please do not unplug, cover, or tamper with the cameras. • Any interference with security equipment is a violation of house rules. 🐾 Pet Policy • We love hosting furry friends! A $60 per pet, per stay fee applies. • Unauthorized pets or unpaid pet fees are a violation of house rules. • Pets must be supervised at all times or safely kenneled when left home alone. • The backyard is not fenced — please keep pets on a leash and within property lines. • Please clean up after your pets (inside and outside). • We provide dog waste bags, pet wipes, a lint brush, and a sofa cover for pets on the couch.
