The apartment is very cozy, and will certainly embrace you when you come to Rio. It has an equipped kitchen, exclusive bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, and all the comforts you need to make you feel at home :) It will be a pleasure to meet you and try to help you with anything you need! The space The apartment has two bedrooms, but only one is available for rent. The living room and kitchen spaces are shared. The guest room has its own bathroom, for the exclusive use of the tenant. Guest access The concierge is not available 24 hours, but I will help you with whatever you need for initial access Other things to note No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Access to the apartment is exclusively for the people who rented it.
