It has a very ventilated and illuminated room for a studio where you can work quietly. A garden to rest in a hammock and the shower has hot water. The space Hello, I live only in a townhouse style in the Miralvalle neighborhood, a few minutes walking from a series of services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, fruit shops, gyms, ATMs, banks, etc. The neighborhood is very nice, with a bohemian atmosphere and has very good access to different strategic points of the city. I have two bedrooms available to guests, there is a single bed in the smaller room and a double in the larger room. The house is very cozy, bright and is fully equipped: refrigerator, kitchen with all its utensils, washing machine, cistern, clothesline to dry clothes, living room, studio, TV with cable and Netflix, Wi-Fi internet, landline, parking, etc.; you can have all the facilities. In addition to the above, on my part there is always all the provision of help and guide to be able to enjoy, and if possible, also share, the interesting sites of this city, so that I can get to know, in addition to the monuments, the daily life and the local culture. Everything that is within my reach to recommend tours around the city and outside of it, and make the stay at my house as pleasant as possible. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house. During your stay I like to share time with my guests, to the extent that my schedules and work obligations allow me to do so. In the same way, although it does not allow me to accompany you to your visits, I am always available for any inquiries about places in the city or the country, or any other kind of information in which I can contribute to your travels. I also like to respect the independence of my guests, so they can feel at ease in respecting each other's spaces. Other things to note I like to keep all communication, phone and online, throughout my guests' stay, whether to share information or to be aware of any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their stay. If the schedules allow me, I can offer transportation from/to the airport for a fee of US$25, the airport is outside the city, approximately 1 hour; and free of charge in my car to the bus stations of San Benito, which is quite close to the house. I can also offer airport transfer service to tourist sites of interest such as Playa El Tunco and other beaches in La Libertad, as well as city tours, depending on the time of visitors.
