The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city. Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking. The space The Mural at San Juan 102 is a modern apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique. This spacious unit includes: - 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a queen bed and the other with a twin. - One full bathroom - A kitchen that is is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, a refrigerator, a gas stove/oven and a microwave. - Dining area - Dedicated workspace Other amenities include fresh white towels, linens, a blow dryer, shampoo, a hair conditioner, bath gel, iron, ironing board, hangers, and a safe for valuables. There is a washer and a dryer in the unit and an additional washer and dryer on-site, for your use from 5pm to 8am. The dryer is coin-based. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The unit is backed up by a power generator and a reserve water tank. Guest access The apartment is located a very short flight of stairs from the ground floor. There is no elevator. We have keyless entry for guests to your apartment. We provide a private gated parking lot, with a remote gate opener.
