The property features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom (sleeps 4), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests (5th person on a guest bed in the living room). Please note: the loft bedroom has a sloped ceiling — guests over 180 cm may have limited standing height, and the stairs to the loft are open-style without an upper-level rail. Other things to note Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for home office, and a smart TV with streaming services. Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a garden and terrace. You'll be within walking distance of supermarkets, a farm shop, gas station, hairdresser, bakery, snack bar, and a bus stop. The house is just 3.5 km from the motorway and a 45-minute drive from Lübeck and Hamburg. Parking is available on the property; additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio devices are installed at the entrance. Drinks can be purchased on site (one bottle of water per person is included). The house is equipped with a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi, and streaming services that you can use with your own account.
