Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 1/2 block from SJSU, and walking distance to Starbucks, City Hall, MLK Library, Philz, and various restaurants: Pizza, Italian, Pho, Boba. Also a 5-min drive from San Pedro Square, Japantown, and the Tech Interactive! Or relax inside and enjoy the 55” screen TV. Netflix and Disney+ included :) The home is a 2 bed / 1 bath, with a couch that can fold out into a 3rd bed. Coffee lover? Hario V60, Moka Pot, Cezves & Nespresso! The space This is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom guest home located in the rear of the property. The living room has a couch that folds out into a third bed. The “reclined” portion of the couch (along the window) can be lifted up to access additional blankets and sheets underneath. You are welcome to have up to four guests total, though it might get a little tight at that point :) The home has an in-unit washer and dryer. However, you will notice an additional washer and dryer near the gate entrance - please note that college students from the front home have access to the gated area to use the outdoor washer and dryer. It is otherwise closed off for your privacy. Guest access You can use the entire space behind the locked gate. This includes the covered porch and of course, access to the home itself. There is also one (1) open parking spot in front of the home. If another car is parked there, please let the host know so they can make it available to you. Other things to note The front home (separate structure) is rented out to college students. We’ve been fortunate to have great renters. As a service, we allow them access to the outdoor washer and dryer, which are located inside the covered gated area.
