A Frame Cabin -Adventure and Fun in the Forest!

A frame cabin nestled in the Ponderosa pines between Flagstaff & Williams, perfectly situated for a Grand Canyon adventure! Cabin chic furnishings throughout; 2 bedrooms -1 queen + 2 Twins, gracious living and dining spaces, 2 full bathrooms, screened porch and Game room! Terrific outdoor space includes 3 decks, outdoor games, kids zip line and swing. Wi-Fi, AC, & TVs in all rooms. Close by attractions; Bearizona, Canyon Coaster, Deer Farm petting zoo, Go Karts, downtown Williams and GC railway The space A frame cabin 2 bedrooms 2 full baths - 1 with laundry (wash on speed cycle only) Fully equipped kitchen - indoor and outdoor dining Comfortable living space with books and games available Garage converted to game room - please note; game room is a separate building (former garage) steps away from cabin and will be cooler in winter months. Space heater available. Cabin uses hauled water and a septic system. Mindful use of water is appreciated. No smoking or vaping. No pets. Guest access Entire property Other things to note The cabin is located in Sherwood Forest in quaint neighborhood of cabins and homes each on 1+ acre. Please note: dirt roads and there may be snow in the winter months. There are train tracks behind the property and trains run regularly. The properties in Williams use hauled water as the cabin is not connected to city water - consciousness of water use is appreciated. Please note: Noise- as noted, there are train tracks in the back of the property. Trains run regularly and can be heard at the cabin. Train enthusiasts will love the view - binoculars available at the cabin! 4 person maximum Absolutely no smoking or vaping. No parties. No pets. Outdoor fire pit for small controlled fires only using firewood only. Absolutely no fuel, pine straw, paper or any other items other than firewood in fire pit. Fire must be completely extinguished when leaving fire pit. Williams gets very cool in the winter months! Instructions are provided for cabin heat in the cabin. Heat instructions for game room: Instructions for Vent free propane heater. Set round knob on top of the heater to pilot. Hold down on pilot for approximately 30 seconds. Press igniting button until blue pilot flame appears. (Depending on usage might need to do step 2 again.) Once blue flame pilot is lit turn round knob slowly till heater fires up. (May hear a whistling noise this is normal heater is letting air out of the line). Please turn off heater when leaving the room. (Do not leave on overnight).
