Large suite with two single beds that can be coupled to form a double bed. It has TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Excellent location, next to Guarani Street, close to Ubatuba Mall and the Aquarium. Quick and easy access to the best restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, market and Itaguá waterfront (unfit for swimming). Parking included (standard size car space) Mini kitchen and community refrigerator for all guests. We supply bed linen and towels. The space Suites O Flautista is a family business, where the owner, Nalva, resides on the premises. Known for her friendliness, receptivity and communication. Her children work by assisting in the reception of guests and maintenance of the space, but do not reside there. We hope everyone feels at home! There is a mini kitchen with a counter and a refrigerator for the exclusive use of guests, as they do not have access to Nalva's kitchen. Garage space is restricted, if it is too full, large cars may not fit. The street in front of the house is safe and there is parking very close by. Cars that park behind others leave the key at the reception to be removed if necessary. Guest access Please do not go up the stairs, as Nalva's house is on the upper floor, with restricted access. If you want to see other suites or a specific space, just ask and it will be a pleasure to show them to you. Other things to note Please let us know your arrival time, someone will be waiting for you at the suite's address. The room and gate keys remain with the guests until check-out. Leave the gates locked overnight for everyone's safety.
