Guest access During your stay at Spirit of the Heavens, you will have exclusive access to the entire grounds. It is essential to respect the designated areas marked as "Private Property" or "No Trespassing," as these sections are not open for exploration. Ensuring your safety and that of others is paramount, so we kindly request compliance with these guidelines. For any inquiries about specific areas or general assistance, our team is readily available to assist you. You can reach us through phone, text, email, or by visiting our Welcome Office between 9 am and 5 pm. We are dedicated to making your experience at Spirit of the Heavens as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Other things to note Policies & Fees (These help us keep the sanctuary beautiful for all who visit.) • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. A $250 fee will apply. • An additional $85 cleaning fee applies for stays of 7+ nights (deep cleaning) or for checkouts on major holidays (holiday cleaning). Only one additional fee will apply per reservation. • $250 fee for blocking or tampering with security cameras. • $100 fee for lost or damaged remotes (TV, fan, A/C). • White linens must be used with care. A $25 fee applies for removable stains; full replacement (~$125) applies if stains cannot be removed. • Quiet hours (10pm - 8am) are observed to honor the land and other guests. • Wildlife may be present on the property — please store food securely and keep doors closed. • Pets are welcome in select cabins with a non-refundable $99 fee; brown towels must be used for pets. • Some cabins require a short walk from parking; please pack accordingly. • Wi-Fi is strongest near the gate and Solaris; speeds may vary depending on weather and devices. • All reservation requests are reviewed prior to acceptance. Some profiles, including new accounts, may require a brief verification message before the booking is confirmed.
