Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - There is some construction taking place on the lands behind the villa, so there may be some unwanted noise throughout the day during legal & standard working hours. - As the villa has open living spaces, there may be harmless reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa.
