The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood (the heart of Punta Mogotes), just 200 meters from the neighborhood shopping center and 400 meters from the coast. Five years old, it is part of a modern architecture PH, with a comfortable layout, very bright, great privacy, its own terrace with grill, and covered and closed garage (available on a first-come, first-served basis). ONLY RENT TO FAMILY GROUPS The space We are a young couple of architects, so the construction of this apartment complex meant the staging of our longings in the profession. We want the people who live here to feel comfortable, understanding that they will live (at least a few days) with the same virtues that they could have in their home. Guest access The apartment has a fully equipped living room with a kitchen, sink, refrigerator with freezer, and dishes. This space expands to a 3 x 4 meter wooden deck that is part of the apartment and has a grill included. The garage is individual, roofed and closed with a key for each tenant. If you have a large vehicle (van or similar), check the dimensions as they are suitable for medium-sized cars. Other things to note Guests have bedding (sheets, blankets, and bedspreads) and a set of towels and a bath towel per person. Please note that the trundle bed in the living room has another bed that comes out from underneath, which is suitable for a small person.
