Welcome to The Marina Lookout, a brand-new beachfront modern cottage on Lake Osoyoos! This beachfront gem overlooks the marina (boat slip included) and sits above the diner. Features include a beautifully updated interior with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wet bar. Enjoy stunning lake access, a large deck for sunsets and boating views, and cozy nights around the fire pit. Our community offers a pool, hot tub, diner (15% off tabs), playground, and spacious grass areas. The space Pretend you time travel back to the 50's enjoy a beverage on the beach, or taking in the lake on the towering deck. Soak in the pool, then take a day nap as a breeze carries through a sliding glass wall. Wake up to the lovely scent of BBQ's and evening gatherings. Welcome to Veranda Beach! The house is located overlooking the marina, the dinner just steps away downstairs on Veranda Beach and boasts stylish kitchen/living room setting, entertainment room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large furnished deck, and convenient diner access. Our cottage has been lovingly decorated to coax a fun relaxing experience but our design will be a great backdrop for entertaining. We have a fully equipped kitchen, table and bar seating, a living room that extends through a glass wall onto the deck, and high-speed wifi for entertainment/work including on the deck. Our home sleeps up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms, two queen, two full beds and two twin beds (bunks). The bathrooms are bright with high-end finishings and easily accessible from every room. You will meet Rhonda (or staff), who welcomes you upon arrival. During your stay all amenities will be available to you with your key card, community activities include the soft sandy beach/PNW's warmest lake, pool, hot tub, playground, sport courts (basketball, pickleball, volleyball, large lawns for games or picnics, hiking trails, diner, marina and community store. PETS We love furry 'small' friends and are happy to welcome up a dog for a pet fee of $50. If you are bringing two dogs, please message me to arrange additional payment ($50 each). Your pet fee must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your check in date or we reserve the right to cancel your stay with no refund. Please note - pets must be leashed while in community common space, please pick up after your furry family members. EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT Early check in and late check out must be considered on a case by case basis and are always almost approved when possible. You must obtain written approval from us approving either early check in or late check out. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If there is excessive noise or disturbances to our neighbors during these hours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund. FISH/GAME We love and respect our fellow hunters and fishers, but absolutely no game or fish cleaning allowed inside the cabin. SHARED SPACES (access keys) Our community offers a lovely pool, hot tub, game room, fitness room (no street shoes), diner, store and marina. Each reservation will be supplied one access key card for these ammendities. If the card is lost, a replacement can be had at the office at a cost of $25. PARKING Parking is located at across the street, or at the rear of the community. No Parking in the boat launch lanes anytime. A parking pass will be provided for you to place on your vehicle dashboard. TRASH Each night trash is collected at 8pm from the street. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the cabin will be permitted. LIABILITY This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premise. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
