Your group will be talking about this one for years to come. Guest access The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. Sleeping: 2 bedrooms (King & King Bed), 1 room has a twin pull out and the other has 2 twin pullouts. So we have 5 beds in total. Parking only allowed on property in driveway (Max 4 cars). Street parking not permitted. NO PARKING IN THE GARAGE. Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply. Events allowed with prior consent, location fee will apply, and guests would need to obtain an event permit with the City of Twentynine Palms as well as supply Event Insurance. Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Please rinse off beforehand. Pool/Spa Cleaning: We keep our pool and spa crystal clear with scheduled cleaning 2 times a week. They will be serviced Monday and Friday mornings. The tech will let themselves into the back yard through the side gate. Pool heating requires a 24hr notice (prior to check in) and a pool heating fee of $200/night (All nights of your stay required). If pool heating paid, we heat the pool to 85 degrees from 8am to 5pm. **Pool Temps can be affected by ambient external temperatures. If there is severe cold, rain or snow, we cannot guarantee temps**. Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. No pets allowed in pool or spa. Pet hair can ruin our filters. If pet hair is found inside the filter, you will be charged for replacement. Spa heating is included in your stay. We control it remotely, so guests will be required to reach out to us directly when they want it turned on. It can take up to an hour to heat up to full temp (depending on ambient temperatures). We can run it in 3 hour cycles for guests. Pets (Dogs Only) allowed only if added to booking prior to check in and a paid pet fee (Max of 2 dogs allowed). Pet fee is $100 per stay. We ask that you please pick up all dog poop, we also ask that if you do not let them on any furniture. If there are stains on couches, rugs or bedding, there will be additional charges. CRITTERS: We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside. - EV Charger - We have an EV Charger with a J1772 Charger (If you have a Tesla you will need an adapter).
