The space This apartment has a unique layout with two mezzanine sleeping areas. There is a comfortable double bed in the open attic area above the living room. The master bedroom also has its own mezzanine with a single bed, ideal for an additional guest. The open-plan living room, kitchen and attic area are cooled by a single air conditioning unit in the living room, providing comfort throughout the house. With its thoughtful design and flexible sleeping arrangements, this space is perfect for families or small groups. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and two sets of keys will be provided. Other things to note - The apartment has a separate entrance and you have to climb ten steps to reach the apartment. - The street is a little steep. - There is only a double bed on the mezzanine floor of the living room and the ceiling height can be quite low (at some points it is as low as 70 cm). - There is a single bed on the mezzanine floor of the bedroom and the ceiling height is quite low. - Parking may be limited on the street where the house is located. However, you can usually find a spot on the nearby main street or choose from a few paid parking lots in the area. - Cleanliness of our bed linen and towels is our top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment and in some cases may be impossible to remove. If the stain cannot be removed, the product may need to be replaced and you may be charged for this. We kindly ask you to take care of these items as you would your own. FINES AND FEES FOR VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the facility. A penalty of 100 EUR will be imposed in case of any violation. - A replacement fee of 35 EUR applies for lost keys. - If the keys are left inside the door lock and locksmith assistance is required, a service fee of 60 EUR will be charged. - To promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact, we do not provide extra sheets or towels for stays shorter than 15 days. If you request an additional set, it can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR. IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION In order to comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774 of 06/26/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport information before check-in. By confirming your reservation, you agree to provide the necessary information for all guests. Please note that those who do not comply with this requirement will not be given check-in instructions. For a smooth check-in experience, please share the following information with us at least one week before your arrival: - Flight number and landing time (for both arrival and departure) - Arrival airport - Estimated time of arrival at the facility - Selected means of transport (shuttle, taxi, etc.) Providing this way allows us to efficiently coordinate check-in and track unexpected delays.
