The space MAIN FEATURES: - Close to the Bosphorus Bridge - Stunning views - Appealing design - Smart TV - Fully equipped kitchen THINGS TO KNOW: - The apartment has a detached entrance, and you need to take ten steps to reach it - The street is a bit uphill - There is simply a double-sized bed on the loft, and the ceiling height is quite low (as low as 70 cm at some points) - There is a single-size bed on the loft of the bedroom, and the ceiling height is quite low - Parking on the house's street may be limited. However, you can usually find space on the nearby main street or prefer several paid parking lots in the area - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. GETTING AROUND: - Located in the heart of Kuzguncuk, one of Istanbul's most charming and historic neighborhoods on the Asian side - 8-10 minutes by walk to the beautiful Kuzguncuk seafront and the Bosphorus - 3 minutes by walk to Kuzguncuk Park, a lovely green space perfect for a morning stroll or a coffee break - A short walk to Kuzguncuk’s famous streets filled with cozy cafes, local markets, artisan shops, and traditional bakeries - Easy transportation access: Taxi pick-ups are available at all hours, with a nearby bus stop providing direct routes to central points in the city - Convenient access to the European side via ferry from Üsküdar Pier, just a 5-minute drive away or a 15-minute walk FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with two sets of keys for your convenience.
