After identifying yourself at the entrance, just enter the password in the electronic lock. Upon entering, you will find a brand new, cozy and complete flat. The space offers AIR CONDITIONING, a 32" SmartTV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar (with products for separate consumption), as well as bed linen, bath towels and all the necessary kitchen utensils, such as pots, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The room has a special hotel-standard double bed, which guarantees wonderful nights of sleep. Imagine yourself enjoying a good wine on the balcony – yes, I have glasses and a wine opener available for you to toast special moments! Other things to note Close to markets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and a 2-minute walk from the Saúde subway station. THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE/PARKING LOT. There are free parking spaces on the streets and paid parking lots around the condominium. Because it is a residential condominium, we do not have a reception/lounge to leave luggage. Respect the condominium rules! Fines received during your stay will be passed on for payment.
