Hi, welcome to Taipei❤️ Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It has three rooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living and dining room for people to live and socialize together.😊 The 📍house is located a five-minute walk from Exit 1 of Zhongxiao Fuxing. It is also one of the liveliest shopping districts in Taipei, where you can find a variety of food, as well as a variety of clothing and accessories shops, as well as street stalls and department stores, with different surprises waiting for you to discover from day to night!🤩 The space This is an apartment located on the 10th floor of a historic building with an elevator for easy access. There are three rooms, each with a double bed, and plenty of space to open your suitcase for easy packing and unpacking. Two bathrooms with⭕️ bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryer, but❌ no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors... etc. The room and living room⭕️ have air conditioning/heating, and there is a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave for guests to use. There is also a ️washing machine and a semi-indoor laundry space, so guests can quickly dry their clothes in summer and not worry about drying their clothes in winter. Guests staying within seven days only provide one bath towel per person, and we can provide extra bath towels for more than seven days ⭕️ Guest access The whole house is at your disposal, and I hope it will make guests feel as comfortable as if they were at home. But please don't make⛔️ loud noises, this is a very quiet neighborhood and you need to control the volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. In addition, a variety of items are provided in the house to make it easier for guests to live in Taiwan, please do not⛔️ take them away, leave them for the next guests to use (e.g. charging cables, chargers... etc.). Other things to note ⚠️ Please take off your shoes or wear indoor slippers when entering the house. ⚠️To maintain the quality of your stay, do not make loud noises when entering and exiting, please lower the volume of your conversation, TV, etc. ⚠️ If there are children in the room, please do not let them run in the room, it will disturb the neighbors. ⚠️ No smoking or chewing betel nuts indoors. ⚠️ Please keep the equipment in the room intact, and pay the price for any loss or damage. ⚠️ For bookings of 4 or more guests, at least half of the guests must be present to check in ⚠️ Parties and loud noise are prohibited, as the location is in a residential area and will affect the neighbors' daily routine. If a complaint is made, the neighbors will directly report it to the police. ⚠️ No overnight visitors (if this happens, a fee of TWD 1,200/person will be charged) ⚠️ "Gambling", carrying and using "drugs", and "any illegal items" are prohibited in the room.
