Relax in the hot tub or by the firepit after a day of exploring, with the gentle stream as your backdrop. Stream On is the perfect place to unwind. The space As you step inside, you'll find yourself in the heart of our 720 square foot cabin. The main floor features the main bedroom, providing a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights. Upstairs, a loft awaits with two twin beds equipped with trundles, perfect for the kids or additional guests. But the real magic happens outside, where a plethora of family-friendly activities await. Our expansive yard is the perfect playground for all ages, with bocce ball, horseshoes, and cornhole ready to entertain. Or gather around the outdoor ping pong table for some friendly competition amid the fresh mountain air. As evening falls, gather around the firepit and let the crackling flames set the scene for stories, s'mores, and shared moments with loved ones. Listen to the soothing sounds of the nearby stream as it runs peacefully. After a day of exploring, return to the cabin, and find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners. Alternatively, fire up the grill and eat outside. Book your stay today and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2/Loft: Twin beds, each equipped with trundle. Use the curtains for additional privacy. FIREWOOD: Feel free to use the firewood near the firepit. Please only take what you plan to use as it's for all guests. HOT TUB: The hot tub is available year round. Please place the cover on when it's not in use and prior to checking out. Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape. No glass in or near the hot tub. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $1,000 fee. PETS: We permit up to four dogs. There is a fee of $55 for each dog. Dogs must be well behaved and house broken. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up any waste on the property. Poop bags are provided and must be disposed of in the trash. There are two large dog crates available in the gray shed. A code to access the shed will be provided. You are responsible for taking the crates out of the shed and returning them. The crates are heavy and the cleaners are not expected to put them away. Should the crates be left out once your stay is over, an additional $50 for each crate will be charged. INTERNET: There is Satellite internet that will support Zoom and streaming. There is a TV in the living room as well as the main bedroom. There are free Roku channels, otherwise sign into your favorite streaming apps and enjoy. ADDITIONAL: There is a Pack N' Play available, but you must bring your own crib sheet. Additionally, you are responsible for putting the Pack N' Play away. A $50 fee will be charged if the Pack N' Play is not packed up and put away. A high chair is also available in the gray shed. A code to the lock will be provided. A $50 fee will be charged if the high chair is not returned to the shed prior to check out. Large Washer and Dryer. Tide pods and dryer sheets available as well.i Guest access Guests can use all of the space to include the gravel area with bocce ball, cornhole, and horse shoes. Other things to note There is a local racetrack several miles away. If you book on a race night (most Saturdays April through September), you will hear the race from the cabin. The neighborhood has a gravel road that is scenic and great for walks. Please be careful and drive slowly. The cabin is around the corner from the Shenandoah River where there is public access and you can fish. The public boat landing is about a 10 minute drive if you wish to kayak on the river.
