If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your apartment, I recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area (Ztl) and you cannot access it by car from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6pm On Saturday between 2pm an 6 pm On Sunday the access is free Anyway just a few minutes from the apartment there is a parking that is always open.
