The space Living Area: The inviting living area is perfect for family time, with cozy seating surrounding a gas fireplace. The flat-screen TV ensures entertainment for all, while large windows provide stunning views of the snow-covered landscape. Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the modern conveniences to make meal prep easy, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining table seats six, offering the perfect spot for family meals or après-ski relaxation. Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens for restful nights. The second bedroom includes three twin beds, ideal for children or individual guests. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-double bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both with shower/bath combinations, come stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. Private Balcony: Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy fresh mountain air and beautiful views of the surrounding alpine scenery. When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you'll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. SKI IN/OUT ACCESS: This property is located on the ski run "Moguls Track." You can ski right into the back of the building and walk throughs the doors to either floor 6 or 8. This unit is on floor 6, so you would just walk down the hallway to the front door. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!! Building Amenities: The Moguls Building features a communal hot tub, sauna & games like ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. There is also a ski wax room and ski locker available to keep your equipment in top shape during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. The condo comes with one underground parking spot. You will have access to the parkade, the entire condo, hot tub and sauna room, games room and ski wax room. There is a shared hot tub and games room in the building. Please only park in the assigned parking stall. Additional vehicles will need to park in Happy Valley. Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Permit Costs: Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed). Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed). RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season). Other things to note Free Wi-Fi available throughout the condo. Ski-in/ski-out access for maximum convenience. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay You will have ONE underground parking stall (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply) Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted. Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season. This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco, cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident.
