New, cozy and well-located apartment!! Whether you're visiting São Paulo or just passing through, our apartment is a great choice, located 10 minutes by car from Congonhas Airport and 10 minutes' walk from the Jabaquara subway station. We guarantee you a cozy spot to spend the night, watch something, have a glass of wine, or even a coffee to start a busy day. Remember that the house is pet-friendly, and my wife and I live there (so no noise until late). The space *ATTENTION* IN THE LISTING ONLY THE ROOM IS PRIVATE, BATHROOM AND OTHER HOUSE AMENITIES ARE SHARED! During your stay I am a trained actor but currently work in the administration of an artistic gymnastics school. My wife and I live here, and so we decided to rent the room. I am very easy-going and most of the time I am working or away from home, always leaving the space clean and organized so that you feel at home too. If you want to share a moment, have a coffee (COFFEE IS ON THE HOUSE;), watch something, I can be your company, but if you want to rest or be alone, that's fine too (I'm an easy person to please). Other things to note IMPORTANT The listing is for 2 people, but if needed the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. I provide a parking space!!! REMEMBER THAT I DO NOT GENERATE INVOICES!!!
