The space The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood; it connects easily to the main city attractions. The Villa is a brand new construction, modern but with a personal and welcoming touch, the space is inviting and once you stay there it will become your favorite place in town. The Villa has a full equipped kitchen, 43” flat screen tv in the living room, King size bed, Sofa bed, A/C, hot water in the shower and kitchen, internet, cable. Guests have access to the pool and BBQ area. NOTE: The second bed is a pull out couch, full size. Other things to note In Villa Amelie your comfort and safety comes first, that’s why our unit is equipped with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency oil lamp in case there is a power outage, water tank in cases the public service is working on the public pipes. We also have a portable A/C to be use only in case the main unit is not working properly. Electric usage included in the rate is 10kwph. Any additional usage will be charge at $0.30 kwph
