Please be mindful of our rules to avoid fines—this is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. 🏖️ Pool & Outdoor Notes Because we’re in a breezy beachside area, leaves may occasionally fall into the pool. Our team cleans the pool twice a week (Monday and Friday), but this natural occurrence is normal and expected. 🔥 BBQ Grill Sorry, we don’t provide a full propane tank for the grill. Sometimes gas may be left from previous guests, but if the tank is empty, you’ll need to refill it at a nearby shop. 🌿 Florida Wildlife Florida is home to plenty of small lizards and iguanas—you may see them around the property from time to time.
