Please feel free to use the scooper net to scoop off the leaves. ❋ We have pool maintenance guy come and clean the pool on regular basis. There is no exact time but please be aware that he might enter the property to clean the pool during your stay. We will make every effort not to bother you during your stay. ❋ Please be mindful that you are surrounded by nature, lots of trees & plants. You might see lizards, insects and iguanas in the yard. These are harmless. ❋ We do have mosquito zappers on the property running 24 hours. You might see some mosquitos outside of the house. Please keep all the doors closed to prevent mosquitos from entering inside. ❋ Pool heater is configured to run from 8 AM to 4 PM. ❋ Rental Agreement Required: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the city of Fort Lauderdale requires all guests to sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. The agreement includes important details such as house rules, occupancy limits, and liability terms. Key points: ✅ Admission restricted to registered guests.
