In this typical and authentic Savoyard house, you have a 140 m 2 apartment on the ground floor + 1. It is very well equipped and the volumes are comfortable and bright. Access to the accommodation is independent of the ground floor, however, in case of additional need for space and beds, it is possible to add up to 3 bedrooms by reserving all or part of the ground floor. This option is to be agreed upon with me The space The decoration is resolutely retro; furniture, romantic tapestries, lighting, everything has been chosen with the idea of never distorting the spirit of this house from the 1920s (1920!). On the other hand, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens are in contemporary standards, so very well equipped. Large shower, bathtub, 2 toilets... The house is also "virtuous"; well insulated, electricity generated by 42 m2 of solar panels, heat pump, and thermodynamic water heater. Finally, in case of coolness and for more comfort, each floor has a high-performance log stove. A characterful accommodation that you could also expand by booking directly with the owner all or part of the ground floor, which would make up to 3 bedrooms and 6 additional beds! Guest access You will use an entire floor in R+1 with its garden, and amenities for bicycles, motorcycles and cars. Need more space? You can double the capacity, which is handy when friends join us. As the ground floor is not published in the listing, this option is discussed, if necessary, directly with me. The nightly rate is the same as the 1st floor. Other things to note In addition to the authentic charm of this house, you will be seduced by its location very close to the lake (1500 m) and beaches, but also magnificent hikes in the Bauges.
