The space Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat. Guest access You have access to the entire house, with the exception of the attic, the shed in the backyard, and a cupboard in the shed where we keep our stock and personal belongings. Other things to note Maximum of 6 adults. There is 1 bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a 1.55-meter wide sofa bed. The sofa downstairs can also be set up as a sofa bed, but you will have to fold it up every day if you wish to use it for sitting. In the garden, there is a covered area with a jacuzzi underneath and a seating area with a gas fireplace and heat lamp. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and is only permitted outside here, and certainly not in the jacuzzi! The kitchen is entirely at your disposal, including all spices, oil, etc. However, we ask that you handle cooking utensils with care and refrain from frying fish indoors due to the smell. The accommodation has 2 free parking spaces for one car in front of the door, and there is also space for an additional car across the width of the property. There is a barrier gate, which you can open after check-in using a remote control and/or key fob. The park is close to Amsterdam, and within cycling or walking distance of the picturesque village of Abcoude, where buses and trains to Amsterdam and the rest of the country depart. You can also park there if you wish, but please observe the blue zones. In short, you can enjoy peace and quiet here while still visiting the most beautiful spots in the Netherlands.
