Other things to note The parking space that the guest is entitled to use, is in a rotating/monthly parking next to the condominium. Rua Guaicurus n° 1351 IMPORTANT: We do not have spaces within the condominium, but to better serve our guests, we offer a space in a rotating parking lot next to the condominium. This parking lot is open 24 hours, but it has staff and an open gate at the following times: Mon to Sat - from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and on Sundays the parking lot is closed. If the guest needs to enter or leave the parking lot outside this period, they will need to open the gate manually, remove the vehicle and leave everything closed and then return the key to the apartment. It's not allowed to take the key away.
