The property located less then 500 ft away from the main road (Newport Highway). Less then one minute to gas station, dollar general, and Subway. 3 minute away from Food City ( major grocery store), and 12 minutes away from Walmart community market. BODY OF WATER: Direct, unrestricted pond on or adjacent to the property Climbing or play structure: Direct, unrestricted access to a playset, swing, slide, ropes, etc. Other things to note ★PARKING There are flat parking area on side of the house. 15+ vehicles ★PETS. Up to two dogs. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADDITIONAL FEES IF MORE THAN TWO. The pet fee is $350. All pets must be approved first due to wildlife (geese leaving on the property). All dogs are not allowed on the back yards (pond side of the cabin). Only front yard are available for the dog walking. Pets must be on leash while walking ( due to wild life). Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals. Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved. No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates (UNLESS AUTHORIZED). Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces. ★CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Our cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available. ★★★Noise★★★ No music outside after 10:30 pm. If you are hanging out outside after 10:30 pm please keep it quiet. ★★★Parties★★★ NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 9 AM. If there is a party in this cabin (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM of $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our cabins so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. If you violate this policy, you will be escorted off premises and no refund will be issued. 4% credit card processing fee is not refundable in case of cancellation (VRBO).
