The space CLEANING FEE: - In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $130 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. Guest access Check-in instructions will go out via email/text depending on the booking platform you used. We will send those instructions the day of your reservation and you'll be given an access code to the front door. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable for both you and all future guests. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. CLEANING FEE: - The $250 cleaning fee covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. 4. PETS NOT ALLOWED 5. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 6. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
