The private bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, and in the living room/kitchen area there is a Queen Size Sofa Futon. The property is located in a very secluded death end road, and the unit is in a separate building at the end of the property. Free and assigned parking for one vehicle in our private driveway is included. Excellent location close to shopping malls, restaurants, 101 Freeway and 154 Highway, bike/walking paths, only 10 minute drive to downtown or UCSB, and only 25-30 minutes drive to Wine Country, and Chumash Casino, and the town of Solvang the sun-soaked slice of Danish culture in the Santa Ynez Valley.
